New polling data shows support for Democratic Presidential candidate Kamala Harris is on the rise. Her support appears to be increasing both nationally and in the all important swing states. Mark joins in to discuss it. Are there two different scenarios come November for what happens to the legal cases pending against Trump? Sentencing in the New York state hush money case is on hold until after the election. The election interference case in Georgia is still pending along with federal cases.
