Een overzicht van het belangrijkste mobiliteitsnieuws! Er komt mogelijk een minimumleeftijd om op een fatbike te rijden, de bpm op plug-in hybrides gaat toch niet omhoog per 1 januari en er komt een inruilregeling voor oude stik scooters. De Tweede Kamer denkt na over een leeftijdsgrens voor fatbikes. Daartoe is opgeroepen door onder meer spoedartsen en gemeenten, die veel ongelukken met e-bikes zien gebeuren waar ook kinderen bij betrokken zijn. Sommige partijen denken aan een minimumleeftijd van 12 jaar. Dat zou dan moeten gelden voor alle e-bikes. Verder in deze update: Een forse verhoging van de bpm op plug-in hybrides lijkt van de baan.
