Kamil Baldyga - Career Skills Program (Ep. 56)

As a part of the Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP), Kamil participated in his school’s ROTC program in addition to simultaneously joining the Army National Guard. While he started his first semester by taking out student loans, he finished the remainder of his degree for free. Kamil enlisted as infantry and was commissioned as an Air Defense Artillery Officer with 3 years of active duty experience. After spending a year in Korea, he returned to the US at Fort Bragg and began his real estate career. Kamil took advantage of the Army’s Career Skills Program which granted him the opportunity to intern with Five Pillars Realty for the last 6 months of his contract, acquiring his real estate license, and setting himself up for an abundance of success as he transitions out of the Army and into the civilian world.
