Hazard County is robbed by the likes of Laurel and Hardy impersonators, done under the ruse of a fake health quarantine of all the government officials by an illness. The illness was supposedly highly dangerous...but in the end was just a case of poison ivy that was totally misdiagnosed, causing the tax payers millions.
