Kansas City’s New Basketball Duo | Kansas City Royals News

Two top-ranked Kansas high school prospects, Cameron Love and Derrick Jackson Jr., are igniting Kansas City’s basketball scene by staying home to lead UMKC under new coach Mark Turgeon. Ranked third and fourth in the state, they’re determined to prove the city’s talent rivals Texas and California, bringing championship-level AAU chemistry and an “unguardable duo” dynamic to the Roos. With the highest-rated recruiting class in school history, they’re aiming to turn around a struggling program and make history — including a first NCAA tournament appearance — while inspired by hometown NBA alum Keaton Wagler. Their mission? To shatter expectations and put Kansas City on the national map. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
