Kansas House Hears Convention of States | COS LIVE

Kansas is halfway home towards calling for an Article V convention to rein in the feds, once and for all! On Monday, March 17, the Kansas House Committee on Federal and State Affairs held a public hearing on COS Action's Article V application, which has been adopted by 19 other states. After local supporters expressed their support, Michael Farris provided expert testimony and took questions from the committee regarding the process, the resolution, and outstanding litigation going on in Kansas.
