Kant's philosophy - What is conscientiousness?

All of morality hinges on conscientiousness. Whoever has no conscience can even seemingly accept the moral law, but break it at any time without admitting it to himself. Conscientiousness however for Kant is nothing else but true religiosity: Acting is if one had to answer in front of an all-seeing, holy God.
