We talked about how he got involved in the family business. We talked about how he decided they should get and run a food truck. Adam and I also discussed what he does outside of Kappy's like his love for Orlando City Soccer and Disc Golf. We also chatted about the importance of the love from the community has been for Kappy's Subs.
