Meet Kara Aina, Canadian born artist, art teacher, wife, and mother of 4 boys. Kara shares her art journey, what it's like to teach full-time at a charter school where her boys attended, the struggle to teach and still find time (or make time) to create and pursue her own projects. Her new transition to teaching part-time so she can more fully pursue her passions of art & family. She also shares how creating can become a refuge from life challenges and what she has had to "give up" to find that that refuge.
