Karan Jadhav : Messy Middle Path

I’m not here as an expert, just someone who’s been confused for years. Most of us get into spirituality through curiosity, or because life breaks us first. For me it was curiosity, then chaos, and now habit keeps me going. Since 12th grade I’ve lived between two worlds: praying with my heart vs meditating with discipline. I gave years to each, tried both together, and it was a mess. Forcing myself to be ‘spiritual’ when burnt out made me quit everything for months. That’s when I learned you can’t push this on others, or bully yourself into it. There’s no one right way — only what feels real to you. Now I care less about perfect and more about showing up, even on bad days. No answers here, just my road so far.
