Karate Training was Truly a Part of Their Life Adventure

In this year, 2021, I'm sending another group of young adults off to college, having achieved the rank of Shodan. All three of these young people- Alex, Lucas and Mara- started karate when they were in pre-school. (Hard to believe!). In this episode we take a look at what they remember about 12 years in karate and what they'll take with them from the experience. As usual, we laugh a little more than is appropriate.
