Health care legal leadership requires more than knowing the law. Karen Ann Lloyd explains how she built a trusted legal function inside one of Indiana’s largest health systems while making room for diverse talent to lead.   Lloyd, executive vice president of legal affairs and general counsel at Community Health Network, traces her path from Indianapolis and Indiana University to health policy work on the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee, private practice and more than two decades in-house.
