Karen is a hopeless foodie, award-winning novelist, produced screenwriter and writing coach. Many of her stories are inspired by her experience marrying into a Taiwanese family. She, her husband, and their two boys have traveled the world as she researches recipes for a literary cookbook. She teaches for Princess and Celebrity cruise lines and writers conferences in Colorado where she’s part of a rich author community.
