I think Mr. Lally is trying to negate the idea of a conspiracy before the defense comes up and puts on their case for a conspiracy. I think ultimately, in doing that, he's playing right into their hands because what we're hearing more of, is more evidence of a possible conspiracy, but not the actual crime. That's why I say if I was in the Commonwealth's position as their prosecutor, I'd be keeping it very simple, very straightforward. I don't care.
