Episode Guest: Karla Bruning

Karla Bruning is a writer, on-camera reporter, and emcee who covers running, endurance sports, health, and fitness. Karla also writes for publications like Shape, Redbook, Runner's World, and Women's Running, along with her blog, RunKarlaRun.com. She used to report for Newsweek, but spent all her free time squeezing in workouts. Now it's her job. She's run 9 marathons, 30 half-marathons, and 11 triathlons and open water swims. In 2017, Karla added "Mom" to her title with the birth of her daughter. She also has a furry doghter, amazing husband, and serious case of wanderlust. In her first year, Karla's daughter visited six states and two countries. She seems to love travel as much as her mom. Karla has been to over 40 countries on six continents and counting!
