We are joined by a close friend of mine Kat Ellis this week who has so much to share with us. She's followed her passions and very literally manifested her dreams into reality by being the host of a new Barstool Sports show. She explains how her idea of Chicks University started as a vision and how it ended up becoming her reality. She leaves us with a ton of valuable advice for going after what you want and advocating for yourself. She talks about the culture at Barstool and what it's like working there, her experience working in sports media in the past, and how her interest in sports media came about.
