I am currently without any medical care and I am H.I.V. Positive. This is one for the conversation which the State University of New York Medical Downstate Medical Center (my medical provider) used to cancel my Medical Care. Downstate Medical Center Claims this conversation with [Kate Fitzsimons] is “verbally offensive” and made her “feel unsafe” which I am confident that you may agree is nothing short of Defamation of Character. New York State Law does not require any party of a phone conversation to notify the other party they are being recorded as long as both parties are in the same state. I am not verbally offensive.
