Join the host for this episode. CJ from Beyond the Rainbow podcast, as she discusses a case that is beyond bizarre: the recent murder of Katherine 'Katie' Janness. Katie set out for a walk with her fiancé's dog Bowie in Atlanta's Piedmont Park very late on a Thursday night in July 2021. On her walk, someone attacked her and Bowie, and stabbed them both to death. When she failed to return home her fiancé Emma used Find My iPhone to track her, and found Katie and Bowie both bleeding and dead near the entrance to the park. Katie had a message carved into her torso, and she was stabbed more than 50 times. No one can think of a motive why anyone would kill this young woman, and police are stumped. Who killed Katie and Bowie?
