Specifically, creative roles that are driven by collaboration are just lacking something when things are taken offline. - Kathleen advises people to really sit in what makes them uncomfortable about themselves. Embrace the things that you don’t like about yourself and avoid distractions– really feel that discomfort and use it to drive your improvement. - Kathleen defines entrepreneurship as the ability to withstand one breakdown after the next and keep going.
