Kathleen McLean believes she was born to live, love, and lead out loud and she has the experience, recognition, and enthusiasm for life to prove it. She is a businesswoman and mom of four who has been married to her high school sweetheart for 32 years. Her company, The McLean Collective, is based in New York and partners with its clients to drive cultural transformation, build individuals’ self-awareness through executive coaching, and inspire her clients’ workforce through keynotes and facilitations. Her work has been featured in HerLife Magazine and she herself has been recognized in Women Who Mean Business, Albany Business Review Power 50, and more. She’s received multiple leadership and other awards and she’s also been designated as a Leader in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She has served on several boards and committees, mentors other women, and was also a foster parent. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta who loves to travel with her “bestie” and has been journaling since high school and has over 200 journals she’s used to document her life.
