Kathryn McDevitt

Kathryn McDevitt recently won double gold as part of the Irish 4x400 and 4x100m relay team at the World Masters Championships. She was also on the team that won the 4x200m relay in the European Indoor Championships. Apart from Kathryn's excellent high-performance training information, she discusses the very interesting topic of funding and sponsorship for masters athletes. They compete to a very high level while working and rearing children but get no funding. She successfully sought sponsorship for herself and is paving the way for other masters athletes.
