Kathy Hart Wood: Calm Certain Confident

As part of, Professional at Anything BUT Golf, Kathy Hart Wood is joining the show talk about how she helps golfers find the state of mind where they can think clearly and make your best physical swing at that moment in time.  As she says - this is usually calm, certain, or confident.  Kathy is a former tour player, top teacher, and a certified life coach.  She helps golfers of all abilities through coaching, her podcast - Think Above Par, and her newly published book, Mastering Your Golf Brain: A Guide to Self-Coaching.Our minds are more powerful than we give them credit for.  We can be limited by our own self-beliefs far more than the clubs we play or the mechanics we deploy.  Conversely, how many times have you heard that someone "gets more from less" or outplays their skill level?  As Kathy says, they play more shots from a play of being - Calm, Certain, or Confident.
