Kathy's Newest Syndication with Fred Bates: Lakeview Homes in Oregon!

Finding a good investment opportunity is not as easy today as it was about ten years ago but sometimes it's a matter of identifying those opportunities with the eyes of an experienced investor. Today, I'd like to share the good fortune I've had to work with long-time developer and real estate investor Fred Bates. He's been my partner for many syndicated deals, and with great success! In this episode, we'll talk about some of those projects and how they turned out, plus we'll introduce a new project that we're launching now in Oregon. Fred has been a developer for more than 40 years. He either focuses on entitling land or building homes depending on which is more profitable for that particular situation. He loves working with us because we're good at market research and getting investors together for a syndicated deal.
