Kati Laan

Kati Laan joins the show during a previously recorded live broadcast from the San Francisco Running Company (SFRC) in San Anselmo, California, where she competes on the SFRC Running Team. Laan recently nabbed a second place female finish at the HURT 100 in Hawaii. She joins us to give us a breakdown of that race and a look back at her first female finish at the San Diego 100 last summer.
