Katie Brown, from her own company brilliantly named Katie Brown Thinks, was at the forefront of social media use within the New Zealand government and particularly tying it's use to actual outcomes (she has a great story about that).Katie has since moved on and now applies her skills and experiences to her 'community' be that geographical, people. or even her own internal self.
