Katie Dallimore | After Run Bourbon Club

Today at the bourbon table Los is joined by an incredible athlete, Katie Dallimore. Katie emigrated from Wales as a child and is currently reconnecting with her culture and learning the language which includes making running videos while speaking fully in Welsh. She was one of the 2026 Cherry Blossom Ambassadors, grew up dancing instead of running, but became serious about running during the 2020 Covid lock downs. She also has a lot of very interesting, some might say obsession, with nature and science.
