I am 16, and extremely passionate about teen mental health, because I have seen far too many of my peers struggle through various mental health challenges; with nothing to really help them in the digital world. I knew there needed to be a change, so I started developing my app, TeenEase; which has various relaxation techniques that are clinically proven to be effective coping strategies for teens.
