Katy's Church and Hotel Iola

Episode 17: In this episode we explore the local legend of Katy's Church in Muncy, Pennsylvania. Watch the episode and find out if Katy was a witch, or an unwed mother who hung herself on the cemetery grounds. We discuss the legends regarding the site and try to debunk the lore. We also discuss the nearby Iola Hotel in Millville, Pennsylvania. This long shuttered Hotel and former restaurant is reputed to harbor a Victorian woman in black, seen in the mirror by the bar. It's also home to barstools that are said to wobble or spinning their own accord.
