Kavita Gupta is a native of India and in 2015, was the recipient of the U.N. Social Finance Innovator Award. She was recruited to Consensys by it's found Joe Lubin, whom after a 2-3 hour conversation with Kavita hired her to manage a $50 million venture capital fund.
