Kay Wilson | Highlights Season 5

Kay Wilson is a Shamanic Energy Healer, Podcaster & Empowerment Coach.  She is considered a thought leader in the field of personal power and has been featured on Married At First Sight as a Couples Consultant and is regularly featured media commentator and speaker on the subject of personal development. As an Energy Healer, she has worked across the spectrum of healthcare, from corporate clients to patients in and out of hospital, including young babies in intensive care, to the elderly at home. She is passionate about the importance of energetic health and peace of mind as a pathway to enhancing both health and lifespan of her clients.  Kay’s work on performance and life quality specialises in helping individuals release negative patterns of self-sabotage and triggering self-destructive behaviours which are often imprinted from childhood or passed on from generational trauma.
