In regards to whether not she was a Solo, if you remember Leia did say to Finn “Han told me about the girl”. Also towards the end of your discussion somebody made the comment that Luke and Jen Erso were roughly the same age. If you remember the Rogue One sizzle reel from Celebration there was a brief but very distinctive profile shot of a female wearing a Rey hair style. I know we have seen this in Star Wars before, there were some young girls  in Phantom Menace with this haircut. But have a distinct shot of an unknown character with the same hairstyle as Rey, who is a huge lead character in the new Star Wars universe, to me is by no means coincidental. If I remember correctly Rey had the same style as a little girl in her vision. Not saying it may be her parentage, but there may be something to this. I’m not saying, I’m just saying.
