KC Stayner is a trail runner based in Canyon Lake, Texas, near San Antonio. KC is a father of 5, the Director of Sales for Tyler Technologies, and my cousin-in-law! KC has an extensive trail running background, including finishes at the Wasatch 100, Bandera 100k, and most recently at the Rocky Racoon 100 miler. KC and his wife Hannah homeschool their children on their ranch/homestead in Texas.  In this episode of The Headlamp Hour we talk about the balance between being disciplined and consistent in running but also being present as a father and a husband.
