Patrice started a real estate and mortgage brokerage her senior year in college. By the time she was 25 years old, it was a 7-figure business and she had a growing platform, sharing as a personal finance expert on major television and radio shows. Due to the housing market crash and recession in 2008, she lost everything that she and her husband had built.
