Keathley v. Buddy Ayers Construction, Inc., Docket No. 25-6

Another unanimous Supreme Court decision has made it much harder for companies to use a legal technicality to escape responsibility for injuries they cause. The case involved a man who was hit by a car driven by a construction company employee, but nearly lost his right to sue because he forgot to mention the accident on his bankruptcy paperwork.
