Nie všetky práva podliehajú času. Vysvetlíme si, prečo sa nemusíte báť o svoje vlastnícke právo, vklady v banke alebo záložné právo, pokiaľ trvá hlavný dlh.Aký je rozdiel medzi premlčaním a preklúziou? Odhalíme nástrahy preklúzie, pri ktorej právo po uplynutí lehoty zaniká úplne a nenávratne, pričom súd na ňu prihliada automaticky.
