Keep an eye on rising star Saafir Rabb who is running to win the vacant seat of Maryland Congressional icon Elijah Cummings

Saafir Rabb is an up and coming star in the Democratic Party and he faces a uphill battle to win the seat vacated by the death of Congressional Icon Elijah Cummings. There are some very high profile names vying for a chance to represent the 7th District of Maryland, including Cumming widow Maya Rockeymoore Cummings and Kweisi Mfume but don’t count Rabb out just yet.He is a fighter and has strong roots in the community where he is a business strategist, community developer, and advocate for cultural competence.
