The rumour mill was in danger of falling off it's spindle on Monday regarding Nigel Pearson's future as Bristol City Manager. Missing a third game of the season due to illness and the club's wretched run of recent form was he going to be binned off so early into the project?CEO Richard Gould followed up a Robins TV interview with an unscheduled but asked for [by the club] appearance on SOTC. Questioned by Geoff Twentyman City fans were left none the wiser about when Nigel would return and what contingency plans might be in place if his absence were to be long term.Ian, DaveFevs and DaveP made this unscheduled episode to give their views on the current situation which included whether LJ might return if he is relieved of his duties at Sunderland which is looking increasingly likely!!!!
