Today we're going to talk about keeping difficult clients. This is probably somewhat outside of the normal thought process, because a lot of people talk about firing the difficult client and keeping your sanity.    I certainly am a proponent of defining what constitutes what you will and won't accept from your clients, but I do think that there is often not enough attention paid to the aspect of keeping difficult clients. But that doesn't mean that if somebody is difficult, your first and only instinct should be to let them go because there's opportunity with your difficult people in your growth, as a leader, as a person, with your standing in the challenge to make more. And if you have that as a backdrop and you understand that, then helping your clients with a reframe and with planning ahead becomes a lot easier.
