Sam Goodman spoke with Tetet Nera-Lauron, Senior Climate Justice Lead with Action Aid and an Advisor for the United Nations Program with Rosa Luxemburg Foundation. She is based in the Philippines. Tetet explained the challenges NGOs are facing to adequately participate at the UN climate conference. Also, we talked about loss and damage and how it relates to gender.
