Keeping Wise Priorities

Send us Fan MailI grew up in a family of readers. There is so much in life to learn from books. This week, my thoughts were wrestling with an historical account of a man's quest for power in a place where you would not expect it, thus reminding me that humans are always vulnerable to become that which they might think they never would become. But then, that is why reading or exposing us to learning can help us learn to watch for dangerous pathways. When I see the parallels of those times to these times, I'm reminded not to be surprised but learn instead. As Paul Harvey said, "In times like these, it's good to know, there have always been times like these."Thanks for listening.
