Keffe D’s Role in Tupac’s Murder | Las Vegas News

A former detective dropped explosive courtroom testimony this week, painting Duane Davis—aka Keffe D—as the mastermind behind Tupac’s murder, calling him a “shot caller” who greenlit the hit. Though Davis didn’t pull the trigger, prosecutors argue he orchestrated it as revenge for a prior fight involving his nephew and Tupac. The fallout ignited a 10-day gang war in Compton, leaving three dead and ten wounded. While Davis admits being in the car and handing out the gun, his defense dismisses the case as hearsay, insisting there’s no hard evidence tying him to the Vegas shooting—and that his confessions are just bravado.
