Kehres vs Castillo Who Will Save Syracuse | Syracuse Orangemen Football News

Fran Brown’s bold overhaul of Syracuse football’s staff after a dismal 3-win season brings high stakes: Vince Kehres, who turned Toledo’s defense into a top-tier unit, faces the daunting task of fixing a unit that surrendered nearly 35 points per game. Insiders are split—some say the defense must be the priority, others insist the line is the linchpin. With both coaches carrying massive burdens, this season’s success hinges on how fast they can transform their units.
