When you GOOGLE HYMN WRITERS, names like Fanny Crosby, Isaac Watts, Charles Wesley, William Cowper, John Newton will appear among some of the earliest writers. These hymn writers lived from the 1600’s to the early 1900’s, but there’s two other names that appear in this same list considered to be modern hymn writers, Keith & Kristyn Getty. Keith and wife Kristyn live between Northern Ireland and Nashville with their daughters, Eliza Joy, Charlotte, and Grace. Keith Getty joins us from our Nashville studio.
