In her research & work, she's discovered that what’s keeping self-aware, high achieving women from thriving in the exceedingly visible roles they were born to succeed in isn’t “imposter syndrome”: it’s deep, unhealed wounds around shame, judgment, and criticism that are linked to traumatic events from their past. These unresolved traumas create a confidence-destroying feeling of never being enough. Chronic self-worth issues are the hidden driver underlying their overcompensating, exhaustion, burnout, worry, and stress. Through her work, Kelli is helping women confidently show up in their roles and get the recognition (and the fulfillment), they deserve.
