Kellogg's Demonstration

We are on more drugs than any other country and yet we are the sickest and getting  sicker.  The latest is that over 92% of us are metabolically sick and about 75% are over weight or obese.  Our kids?  According to the Center for Disease Control, obesity has tripled since the 70’s  when only 5% were obese and now it is well beyond 20% while overweight is another 16%. We are looking at almost 40% of our kids.  Meanwhile in Japan, it is only 3%.  This is just because of all the sugar and ultra processed foods! Todays Nutrition 10-20-24
