After attending an LPGA tournament at Kingsmill in Williamsburg, she appreciated the behind-the-scenes world of golf. Kelly managed professional golf tournaments and learned from entertainment experts such as Disney. She found her calling and is now the Vice President of Impact at First Tee in Greater Richmond
