Dave and Matt welcome Kelly Park to the pod.  Kelly is one of the most sought after sitcom directors in Hollywood but has thus far refused to cast Dave (or Matt) in any of her work (our fingers are crossed that this will change in the near future). From Alexa & Katie to Bella and the Bulldogs to Station 19 to the upcoming new season of Fraiser, Kelly has done it all. We discuss careers and parenting, and in particular, raising resilient kids through the challenges of not always succeeding.
