Kelsey Lensman

Meet Kelsey Lensman, a 28-year-old entrepreneur, sports medicine specialist, and inspiring speaker. Kelsey graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in sports medicine, initially planning to attend physical therapy school. However, during her senior year, she felt a different calling. After a transformative year of training for a bodybuilding competition, she realized our potential exceeds our imagination.   Since then, Kelsey has become a 5x bodybuilding competitor, 4x powerlifting competitor, powerbuilder, Olympic lifter, and participant in numerous events. She founded EmpowHER Fitness, coaching women nationwide in nutrition, fitness, and mindset, and created EmpowHER Fitness Events, which challenge women to step out of their comfort zones.   Through her initiative, Mission48, Kelsey competed in 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in 48 days, funding over 130 girls for ROX (Ruling Our eXperiences) programs, fostering confident girls who control their relationships, experiences, decisions, and futures.   Kelsey’s mission is to inspire women to do hard things, push their limits, and build true self-confidence.
