Ken Tucker and The Leadership Triangle

The Miami Book Fair is a place for bringing new ideas, and the book that Ken Tucker has written with Kevin Ford called The Leadership Triangle, Three Gifts that Will Change the Way you Lead, does just that. Ken begins the book with an interesting challenge. He says if you're not making progress solving the problem you're facing, you're probably trying to solve the wrong problem. Ken tells us a little bit about what he means by that.
