Kentucky Defense in Crisis Ahead of Alabama | Kentucky Wildcats Football News

Kentucky’s offense dazzled with 45 points, Kenny Minchey throwing for four TDs and over 300 yards, while the run game surged with 200+ yards at 8 yards per play. But the defense crumbled—allowing FCS standout Isaiah McMillian to haul in seven catches for 100+ yards and a TD, a glaring warning sign against Alabama’s elite receivers. Meanwhile, Alabama’s Keelon Russell shredded the Cats’ secondary with 250+ passing yards, 86 rushing yards, and a TD, looking poised for another big day. Kentucky’s injury woes linger too: while Teryhon Nichols and Hasaan Sykes may return next week, the lack of pass rush (just two sacks vs. an FCS team) is unacceptable. The defense must overhaul its coverage and pressure game before facing Alabama—or risk another brutal loss. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
